“You have a deal, demon uncle.” Erebus stated as it seems that he has no problems accepting the fact that he now has a new mother, father, and even uncle.

“Okay then. Tell me, how are we going to fix the creation relic to become what it was originally was called the Dark Moon?” Adrian stated.

“I thought you know how to do it.” Erebus stated which suddenly made the atmosphere awkward and incredibly dry.

Adrian is actually speechless to the point that his face became blank. He did not expect that Erebus will not know the way to fix the creation relics. He was the one that helped create it as per the myth passed down. Adrian really thought that he would just need to bring both the relics to Erebus and then it would magically be fixed.

“Can you touch them both at the same time?” Adrian stated as he made the baby Erebus touch the New Moon and Full Moon relic.

All of the guild members that huddled around were all waiting for a reaction. They were thinking that something would happen like the two relics suddenly floating and then shining in golden light. All of them waited in anticipation until it was already ten minutes, but nothing really happened. The two relics were still unresponsive and broken despite having traces of miasma cleansed.

“Fascinating!” Hexy stated as she is basically the leading expert in the guild when it comes to relics or items filled with energy.

“What is it? Did you notice something?!” Creepysoo asked as he was excited to see it something really did happen.

“Nope. I absolutely did not see anything.” Hexy stated which made the others deflate as they thought they would see something magical.

“If nothing happened then it is a dud.” Creepysoo stated.

“Not really.” Adrian exclaimed and Hexy nodded in response.

“The guild leader is correct. Usually, even slight touches would make relics, or any item imbued with energy react. There would always be a small interaction between the relic and the one that touched it. The fact that there is no reaction is interesting because that can only lead to two things.” Hexy stated.

“It is either broken beyond repair or has lost its power entirely.” Adrian added as he also studies relics sometimes since some of them do have information regarding runes and such.

“That is correct. If the relic itself is not responding, then the power inside of it has vanished. We need divine energy or the energy that was used to forged it to activate it once again.” Hexy stated.

“When I touched it earlier it still had some energy though. Although, I did feel like something slipped away when I handed it to you earlier.” Solstice stated as she remembers that there was still energy in the New Moon relic before.

“The Full Moon Relic was also the same when I touched it. It still had some energy even though it was a bit weak. I do not know why it suddenly vanished when I gave it to you.” Lycan stated which made all of them look at Adrian

“Is it possible that the guild master actually erased the energy because of his awesome presence?!” Ark added to which some actually nodded their heads to.

“Please do not have me get the blame for something that I did not even do. The Erebian has been unlocked for players, right? If I remember correctly, the world needs to get energy from the creation relics to fully activate its function for players. Maybe, the energy that slipped away earlier meant that the world collected what it could to bring that to fruition.” Adrian stated.

“If that is the case then these things are just decorations now.” Hexy stated as the two relics are nothing more than valuable things in terms of metal and value.

“We can just reactivate it.” Adrian stated.

“The only way to reactivate the relics would be to imbue it with the same energy it had when it was created. How can we do that? Do you have any idea, guild master?” Hexy asked as she was suddenly curious of what Adrian would do.

“There are two options. One is that I travel back through time and visit the time of its creation and have the past gods bless them. The second option is to have us proceed with a blessing ritual since we do have the Champion and Saint of the Goddess of Night before us.” Adrian stated as he looked at Lycan and Solstice.

“How did you know?” Solstice asked as she has yet to say any of that information as there were far more important things to consider.

“You actually noticed!” Lycan stated as he wanted to keep it a secret for now since he did not really like to brag about it because he felt that he was useless in the fights earlier.

“I can see it clearly as I am very accustomed to the divine energy of the Goddess Nox. Also, you guys suddenly had a large spike in divine energy.” Adrian stated.

“Woah! Cool! Congrats!” The guild members stated as they congratulated the two for getting recognized by a powerful goddess.

“The first option is not possible because I am forbidden from doing time travel… uhm… I meant demons are forbidden from returning to the past events where history is significant.” Adrian stated but the sharp gazes of his guild members pierced through his skin as they looked like they wanted the details of his time travel escapades.

“You cannot do the first option, uncle. Grandmother will just eviscerate all of you if you suddenly show up before her. Back then, she was not as loving of mortal beings’, and she especially despised beings out of their own time. She had a bad experience with another god at that time though.” Erebus stated as he knows some history that the Goddess of Night would like to be forgotten.

“Then the second option is fine then. We only need to go to the realm where the relic was created.” Adrian stated as he looked at the sad looking Erebus.
